職位描述：

招聘崗位：VSF技術(shù)總監(jiān)

崗位職責(zé)：

1、負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品和工藝開發(fā)，定義新產(chǎn)品規(guī)格，并進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品開發(fā)以滿足客戶需求；

2、與銷售管理配合，制定與SFJ及行業(yè)趨勢有利的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)策略；

3、負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)管理，監(jiān)控制造過程，持續(xù)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品各方面改進(jìn)；

4、做好質(zhì)量管理，了解客戶需求，并建立相應(yīng)的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量指標(biāo)。

 任職資格：

 1、工科或理科本科以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)纖維專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

2、10年以上大型粘膠纖維特別是無紡布應(yīng)用的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3、熟練操作計(jì)算機(jī)軟件；

4、熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)，6西格瑪，精益生產(chǎn)和其他操作改進(jìn)系統(tǒng)；

5、良好的人員管理、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和溝通能力。

工作地點(diǎn)：福建莆田

薪資參考：稅前年薪50萬左右或以上（空間大，具體可詳談）

Position：VSF Technical Director

Job responsibilities：

*New Product and Process Development

-Work with management and sales to develop product line strategy in line with the vision for SFJ and industry trend to maximize value creation. 

-Define new product specifications and carry out product development to meet customer needs.

-Carry out process development including defining process capability via the use of suitable process development techniques. 

-Lead/co-lead trial of new products at customer locations. 

-Develop and manage new product introduction process

*Technology Management

-Monitor manufacturing process performance and make continuous improvement in quality, environmental footprint, cost and volume.

-Benchmark industry performance and best practices. Keep abreast with trends in the industry

*Quality Management

-Understand customer requirements and build the appropriate internal quality metrics.

-Work with production to manage product quality with the use of incoming raw material, in process and finish product properties.

-Provide accurate and timely feedback to sales about product quality and customer issues

*Sustainability

-Build and retain qualified and highly motivated workforce. 

-Ensure knowledge is transferred to an appropriate pool of employees

Education: Engineering or Science bachelor degree or above, preferred in Chemical Fiber Major

Experience: More than 10 years technical experience in large-scale viscose fiber especially with non-woven applications

Compute skills: Proficient in operating computer software.

Business Knowledge/Special Skills:

Knowledgeable about what drives good results; preferably familiar with design of experiment, 6 sigma, lean manufacturing and other operations improvement systems

Good people management, leadership and communication skills
